ORDER CONTROL RULES 作业单控制规则

One shunting task shall use one unique Order Number throughout the complete process.每项调车任务全过程使用唯一 Order 编号。

The Order shall not be regarded as completed merely upon completion of train movement.司机完成调车不代表整个 Order 已完成。

The task is completed only after Driver completion confirmation, Maintenance acceptance and final closure by DEPOT Controller.只有司机完成确认、检修部门正式接收以及 DEPOT Controller 最终关闭后，调车任务方可视为完成。

If Maintenance rejects the handover, the same Order shall be returned for corrective action or re-shunting.检修部门拒绝接收时，原 Order 应退回整改或重新调车，不得重新生成 Order Number。

Any change to the original shunting instruction shall be recorded as an Amendment under the same Order.原调车指令的任何变更必须记录在同一个 Order 中。
